Stadia + is a Google Chrome extension that adds extra features to the Google Stadia when using it on the web. Stadia + adds plenty of features that Stadia is currently missing such as an in-game clock, game filter, network monitoring, and it will also force VP9 decoding which is used for 4k gaming on the web.
Malte Klüft the creator behind Stadia + took to Reddit today to announce that the extension was celebrating 10,000 users due to Stadia now being available to everyone, so congratulations are in order.
Malte also went on to state that he has also released an update for Stadia + which will allow support for multiple languages, as Malte noted that 51% of the userbase for Stadia+ doesn’t speak native English.
Stadia+ 2.1 rolls in a few really useful features for the 51% of our userbase that isn’t native English speakers.
The available languages can be seen below:
English (Steef) – Changes all occurrences of “Stadia” to “The Stadia” (only Stadia+ related, does not actually change any content directly from Stadia).
Swedish (SE) – Complete Swedish translation
Italian (IT) – Complete Italian translation
German (DE) – Partial German translation
Spanish (ES) – Partial Spanish translation
French (FR) – Partial French translation
