Cyberpunk 2077 Google Stadia delay has weirdly been removed from the press release
The other week we got the announcement that Cyberpunk 2077 will not be releasing the same time as other platforms for Google Stadia, however, it seems that this has since been removed from the press release. You can check out the original press release below:
“Cyberpunk 2077 will be released on 17 September 2020 for the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. By the end of the year the game will also make its debut on Google Stadia.”
Now in the original press release, it states that Cyberpunk 2077 will come to Google Stadia by the end of the year, however this has since been removed. Now, this in no way means that Cyberpunk 2077 will be releasing on Google Stadia the same time as other platforms, but is weird how it has since been removed.
So do take this with a pinch of salt, but it could mean 1 of three things, 1. There was some sort of error, which led to it being deleted and it will be back up shortly. 2. Cyberpunk 2077 will be releasing the same time as other platforms for Google Stadia. 3. We could see an even further delay on Google Stadia may be pushing the release date to next year instead.
For now, we will just have to wait. Are you excited for Cyberpunk 2077? Let us know in the comments below. If you enjoyed this article, why not share it on social media.
